We are NOT selling day passes nor tickets only to this event. You must buy the entire package through the promoters website in order to attend this buyout event!
General Admission includes view of live stream ONLY via LED screens in the Party Plaza. You must decide whether you want Party in the Plaza only (General Admission) or assigned seating in the Concert Hall. You will have the opportunity to upgrade from General Admission / Party in the Plaza to preferred seating for the Concert Hall at time of booking. (Preferred /Upgraded Seating is your assigned/dedicated seating for every night of the event.)
All sales, purchases, and partial purchases are final, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS, no exchanges, no resale, and not redeemable for cash. If you fail, for any reason, to make a payment, you may void your package and purchase and you will not receive a refund. Any and all tickets, upgrades, excursions and/or activities reserved, booked, and/or otherwise selected through the guest portal for this festival are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. THEREFORE, THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel insurance CANNOT be purchased until you have made a deposit on your reservation. At that point, you would want to protect your travel investment with insurance coverage for the unexpected. Please be sure to purchase Travel/Trip Protection Insurance based upon the TOTAL COST of your travel package, including resort stay/any add-ons, (i.e. preferred seating, tours and meet and greet packages). This will ensure you have the proper coverage for any trip interruption/cancellation and medical coverage abroad, if needed.
HOW TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE: Upon completion of reservation, you can go to the TravelSafe website and purchase your travel protection policy. You may choose from either the Basic or Classic plan based on coverage you desire. The Classic Plan provides broader coverage in the event of unexpected/unforeseen emergencies. You will need to re-enter all your information and the TOTAL COST of your travel package.
