Cost: 

The cost is based on the amount of people in your room and any upgrades you may have chosen. The deposit is $250 per person is due at the time your reservation is made, along with any pass thru charges. If you register in November, you will have an 8-month layaway plan. Your payments will be monthly on or about the same day of the month you made your first payment. You will see your exact payment plan before you make your initial deposit. Your FINAL payment is due by July 31, 2024.

NO, unfortunately not. Since this is a total resort buyout for SweatFest Cancun, we are unable to sell tickets only. Only individuals staying on property and purchasing their entire package through the promoter’s website will be allowed to attend this “Fun Filled” Event. There will be NO Ticket Only sales nor Day Passes available.

SweatFest Cancun reservations can be made online here.

To attend this event, the ENTIRE package must be purchased through the promoter’s website. We are NOT selling Day Passes nor Tickets only to this event. You cannot stay at other properties and attend this event, only those staying on property and purchased our entire package will be able to attend and participate.

IF you have not created a username and password please sign-in and create both username and your password. Follow the question prompts. 

**Please keep in mind you cannot reset a password if you never created a username and password.

You must create a username and password first to be allowed into the reservation.

Travel Insurance CANNOT be purchased until you have made a deposit on your reservation. At that point, you would want to protect your travel investment with insurance coverage for the unexpected. Please be sure to purchase Travel/Trip Protection Insurance based upon the TOTAL COST of your travel package, including resort stay/any add-ons, (i.e. preferred seating, tours and meet and greet packages). This will ensure you have the proper coverage for any trip interruption/cancellation and medical coverage abroad, if needed.

Upon completion of reservation, you can go to the TravelSafe website and purchase your travel protection policy. You may choose from either the Basic or Classic plan based on coverage you desire. The Classic Plan provides broader coverage in the event of unexpected/unforeseen emergencies. You will need to re-enter all your information and the TOTAL COST of your travel package. If you wish to purchase insurance, please keep in mind you CAN purchase it up until one (1) day prior to travel. However, the earlier you purchase it; the greater peace of mind you will have should YOU have to cancel your trip plans due to the unexpected.

Yes. Planet Hollywood Cancun has a very limited number of handicapped accessible rooms, so please book early. If you are requesting a handicap accessible room, keep in mind they only come with one king bed. There are no double beds in a handicap accessible suite. 

Yes, monthly payment plans are available.

In choosing the Payment Plan option, you will be required to make a deposit to hold your reservation. The balance will be divided equally by the number of months left to pay out the reservation. This amount will be auto debited from your credit/debit card monthly until paid in full.

You may change the card on file for the payment plan by contacting SweatFest Cancun. If your payment is declined, you will be notified by email. You will have 48 hours to update reservation with new form of payment, if not your reservation will be canceled. Payments are required to keep your reservation, as this is Live inventory, and we can’t hold your reservation without payments being made.

Yes! Pay in Full only applies if the purchase is paid in full the day you make your reservation, meaning the entire reservation is completely paid by all parties on the same day at the same time. The Pay In Full Discount is $100 per person and is only given if the entire reservation is paid out by ALL roommates the same day the lead guest pay theirs. If paid in full on ONE credit card, the discount is given instantly. If paid in full the same day on multiple cards the $100 per person is mailed to each guest at the address, we have on file within 7-10 business days. The option is yours.

Yes. Automatic billing is how your monthly payments are made. It is convenient and easy. Payments are evenly divided and automatically deducted on your credit card monthly. This way there is no chance of forgetting to make your payments.

Yes. If you choose the Pay with Friends option, you will simply select that option at the beginning of the reservation. Each guest in your party must put down their deposit within 48 hours of the Lead guest making their deposit/payment. Their monies MUST be paid under their own profile. They must join the reservation from the email notice that is sent to them after the lead guest pays their deposit. 

Other roommates, please check your SPAM/Junk mail for the link to join the reservation. Join under your own profile/name and pay your deposit/payment.  **Each guest must pay their monies under their own profile for it to reflect under their side of the ledger, unless the primary/lead guest is paying for the entire reservation.

Your reservation is subject to cancellation if all guests in your party have not made a deposit within 48 hours!

As the Primary/Lead guest, you will pay only your portion in deposit or in full. You will then be redirected to a portal where you can fill out the names and emails of your other guests, OR you can send them the personalized link for them to access your group portal. You will be able to see who has paid, who has not, as well as the timer to count down for the 48 hours payment requirement. All deposits must be paid within in this time frame, if not reservation will cancel. – YOU SHOULD ONLY USE THIS OPTION IF YOU KNOW ALL GUESTS names and emails AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If not, you will have to pay full deposit and pass thru charges/fees for all roommates at that time.

Please Note: (Share With Friends Option) Each friend in the group is responsible for managing their own payments. However, if you do not know your roommate(s) at that time, you will be responsible for making the initial per person deposit and monthly payments until you have assigned their 

name and email address. At which point, they will have 48 hours to take on their portion of the reservation. If your roommate(s) fails to pay their deposit portion within 48 hours of the main reservation, then their portion of the deposit will be charged to the Primary/Lead Guest. If you failed to make a monthly auto-payment after reservation has been set -up, reservation will be canceled in 60 days, and you will not be entitled for a refund. Continued declined transactions are subject to cancellation of the entire package without a refund. Use the buddy system and keep up to date with your friends and their payments.

No. However, you will receive an email confirmation after each payment is processed monthly. Your payment will automatically be drafted on the SAME date each month, either the 15th or the 30th. The system will assign your draft date. This information will include payment(s) made to date and date when next auto debit will take place. Please be sure your card information is up to date for monthly debits to take place. If payment is declined, you will be contacted to update your card information or you may go online to make payment immediately, should it fail. If it’s not done within a timely manner, (48 hours of declined auto debit) your reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund. 

Payments will be auto deducted monthly on or about the same day of the month (15th or 30th) after you made your initial deposit, starting with the next month. The number of payments is based on how many months there are from the time you book to the final payment date. You will see your exact payment plan before you make your initial deposit/payment.

Yes, SweatFest online merchant company complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures. To protect your information, SweatFest Cancun does not store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in automatic billing our credit card processing company does.

When a card is declined during your monthly payment plan, you will receive an email to make a payment immediately to avoid cancellation of your reservation. 

You will have up to 48 hours to update reservation with new form of payment, if not your reservation will be canceled. You may go into your profile and change card and make your failed payment or you may call us to have us post the payment for you by contacting SweatFest Cancun at cancunhiphopfest@gmail.com or calling us at 478-298-4815.

So, to avoid this happening, please make sure all credit/debit cards are up to date to avoid any cancellations.

When a card has expired or if you would like to add a new credit card for your monthly payment plan, you can go into your reservation profile and add it or give us a call and we can do it for you, prior to the expiration of existing card on file or just to add a new card for monthly auto draft payments.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; therefore, travel Insurance is highly recommended. Protect your travel investment with added peace of mind.

SweatFest Cancun encourages the purchase of travel protection. We offer travel protection plans through TravelSafe Insurance. All payments made for a reservation are non-refundable at the time of payment. Though travel protection may be purchased up to 24 hours prior to travel, to secure the broadest coverage, including Pre-existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver and Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR), the Classic plan must be purchased within 21 days of the Guest’s first payment deposit. Cancel for Any Reason Benefit does not cover the failure of the Retail Travel Supplier to provide the bargained-for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason. However, should for some reason SweatFest Cancun or Planet Hollywood must cancel the event, the event would be rescheduled for an alternate date.

(Note: SweatFest Cancun Fest offers Travel Insurance through TravelSafe, but insurance may also be available through other insurance providers and may be purchased directly by Guest. Please keep in mind, name changes are not allowed Please list names as To Be Determined or I Don’t Know Yet, if you are not sure who your roommate will be at the time you pull your reservation. Other changes such as address update, credit card update or concerns you may have, can be addressed by emailing us at sweatfestroyal@gmail.com or calling us at 478-298-4815.
All change requests are to be submitted in writing via email, no exceptions! Changes allowed: add new guest/guests, address/phone number update, and credit card update. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for any cancellations of guests and travel/trip coverage. As name changes are NOT allowed, you want to consider purchasing travel protection coverage for the unexpected, should you or your roommate have to cancel, as monies are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, Guests must be 18 years of age or older on the date of travel to enter the resort. This is a Grown Folks Party!!

U.S. citizens are required to travel with a valid US passport with at least 6 months validity during their resort stay. There is No Exceptions to this policy. Additional document requirements can be found HERE.

Please plan to fly into the Cancun, Mexico airport (airport code CUN) on October 10th and depart on October 14th, 2024. Upon arrival our designated transfer company will take you to the resort. Your check-in date is on 10th and check-out date is 14th.  Our complimentary transfers will only be picking you up and taking you back to the airport on those days, no exceptions. Any other dates, you will need to arrange your own transfers.

Please schedule your airfare when it becomes available. Most major airlines release airfare for sale approximately 331 days prior to your travel return date. Once you have paid your initial deposit and or have paid out your package, you can add your flight itinerary. Be sure to keep it updated in your reservation profile, should it change.

Dress code is Caribbean casual. There will be theme nights, please check the Experience page for the actual theme nights planned for this event.

All rooms are NON-Smoking. There is a fee that will be charged to you if you violate the policy. However, there are some designated smoking areas around the resort.

Your Cancun airport transfers are scheduled once you submit your air flight schedule within your reservation profile under the Enter Flight Info tab. This information is needed to schedule your Cancun transfer pick-up to Planet Hollywood and your return trip back to Cancun airport, if traveling on Oct 10th (arrival date) and returning on Oct 14th (departure date). Your complimentary transfer only applies to pick-up on Oct 10th and return to airport on Oct 14th. If your arrival/departure is on any other dates, you will need to schedule your own transfers to/from the resort.

Instructions how to enter flight information: (Required)

Please log into your reservation that you made by using your username and password that you created. Please click on your name in the top right corner (3 lines at the top), then click your reservation, then under the reservation, click, Enter Flight Info button where you will enter your flight arrival airline/flight number/and time (this is the flight number you will land in Cancun) and also your flight departure airline/flight number and time of departure from Cancun back to the states or country you are returning to.

Yes. There is licensed medical staff on the property, please consider purchasing travel protection insurance in the event of medical emergencies or trip cancellation.
